Saw this awesome guitar duo from Mexico play at the Manchester Academy 2 last night and they absolutely blew me away. Can’t say that I’ve been a special fan of flamingo music in the past but this was that and so much more. The pair have developed this special style of playing the guitar, not just strumming but using the whole guitar. Their style is quite rocky and so powerful. So great to see something different.
